Hi all and welcome to a very delayed Pod update rounding up the week - I refuse to break tradition and change the order but I will give you an incentive to keep reading by saying the blonde moment this week was so epic it in fact caused the entire post delay oh dear. 

Still stupidity aside lets get to the clothes.

This weeks lust have

I love this burgundy – the high street sees to all be inspired by a slightly old school look for next season.; Think a day in the country with the horses. However, if you don’t want to go too over the top this is a lovely way to embrace a trend without performing the whole strip billiards as it were (Sorry Harry)

Great for work a date this dress just screams take me seriously or promote me whilst also whispers and hey I’m cute.

Note to self clothes do not actually talk and going into shops trying to have conversations with them can be considered strange! Grab this gorgeous Jaeger dress today 


Dress for getting a second date 

Because occasionally we are filled with lust for more than dresses when on an actual date always good to have a killer outfit to ensure he calls. 

So if I were on a date with my dream man somewhere drinking a Cosmo (Are you reading this Russell Brand) How awesome is this dress

I feel as though I kind of want to jump all over it;. Is this is impression I want to give one a first date? Honestly maybe not but I am pretty sure it would guarantee a second one. Besides in case we need more flimsy excuses to splurge… its on sale its cute and even a vegetarian can appreciate a little feathers here and there

Cosmetics and aesthetics

Okay I made a very cool new discovery this week. Dr Lipps original Nipple balm for lips. Seriously this stuff is amazing. Think Elizabeth eight hour cream and you are part way there. It makes your lips beautifully soft and kissable 

As an added benefit I have tried mixing this with a little lipstick and using as a makeshift blusher and it gives your cheeks a lovely glow and lasts forever.

I know this great little place

One of my favourite bars callooh callay in Shoreditch. Think Lewis Carroll and you get the idea. Decorated with gnomes and pink flamingos and with some of the weirdest cocktails ever. I especially recommend the golden ticket. Want to impress a date or just have a girls night this is a little gem you have to go to.

Blonde moment to end all  

I have a lot of blonde moments I confess but locking myself out of my house for two days because I dropped me keys in a pub in Streatham is pretty high up there. Having to go an hour out of my way on a Tuesday evening to pick them up was super annoying however, considering a locksmith costs over a hundred pounds I was lucky. As far as expensive blonde moments go this could have been bad - must invest in a key ring and have spare sets cut!
